On the 22-24th February, contemporary dance group Il Dance was in Merida

The workshop was organized by Consorcio Patronato del Festival de Mérida, with support from local organizations: TAPTC Teatro, Emérita Ludica/Tanit and other members of the local community

Team of Il Dance got to visit the Roman Hippodrome and Alcazaba (is a potential performing space?), got session with TAPTC Drama School, where they also saw children’s workshop; attended the rehearsals and chatted about folklore with the La Antigua Neighbors’ Association and got to walk the streets of beautiful Merida
