Dancing Histor(y)ies Model presented to young artists in Poznań
On 22 September 2025, the Dancing Histor(y)ies project was presented at the Polish Dance Theatre in Poznań through a dedicated dissemination session focused on the DH Model and its application in artistic work.
The activity brought together a group of young freelance artists, offering them insight into the project’s methodology and encouraging them to explore how co-creation processes can connect contemporary dance with cultural heritage and local communities.
During the session, the project’s key elements were introduced, including the role of the facilitator, respect for the heritage site, community engagement, and collaborative creation. Special attention was given to transversal themes such as social inclusion and accessibility, which are central to the DH approach.
The event also opened space for dialogue and exchange, as participating artists shared their own ideas and perspectives. Topics such as memory, identity, and the relationship between the individual and the community emerged as key inspirations for future artistic work within the project.
