From March 24–26, 2025, 12 partners of the Dancing Histor(y)ies project gathered in Belgrade, Serbia, for a dynamic and productive working meeting organized by Associazione Enti Locali per le Attività Culturali e di Spettacolo (Lead Partner) and Festival internacional de Teatro Clásico de Mérida (WP5 leader) and hosted by the Institute of Archaeology. The event marked a crucial milestone in the preparation for the upcoming 2025 Festival and was dedicated to strategic planning, evaluation coordination, and cross-partner collaboration.

Key sessions focused on work packages WP5 (co-creation processes), WP6 (peer-to-peer activities), and WP7 (evaluation), with special attention given to upcoming local productions, workshop logistics, and evidence-gathering strategies.

The meeting also included guided tours, warm-up sessions, and a very special social dinners, fostering a spirit of creativity, inclusion, and shared purpose that defines the Dancing Histor(y)ies initiative.
